Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To

respect our time and provide availability to all clients,

please review the following policy:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or

reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice

will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the

service fee.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time; the

full service fee still applies.

A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments.

Your card will only be charged in accordance with this

policy or for services rendered.
